Jon Blumenthal
President & CEOJon has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. Jon earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and went on to perform post-graduate work in Chemical Engineering at Polytechnic Institute of New York. In his 30 plus years of industrial experience, Jon has succeeded at growing the idea of an inorganic chemical manufacturing company into a reality. Jon’s role at Blue Line focuses on driving the direction of the business to maximize the core competencies of the company in order to provide the highest quality products to the customers.
Mike Gretschel
Plant ManagerMike began his career with Blue Line Corporation in January 2013. Mike has over 30 years of experience in hydrometallurgical manufacturing. His expertise includes management, chemical manufacturing, and lean manufacturing process improvement. Mike received his Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University as well as his Masters of Business Administration in Business from University of Houston Clear Lake. In addition Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
Suzanne Mendoza
Inside Sales ManagerSuzanne began her career at Blue Line in January 2011. Suzanne received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting both from the University of the Incarnate Word. Her expertise include customer service, inside sales and management. Her accounting skills are used in determining valuation of raw material and usage for cost and estimation of current and new projects.
Joshua Perez
Environmental Engineering ManagerJosh began his career with Blue Line Corporation in August 2014. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He started with alternative fuel sources and has now turned to inorganic chemical manufacturing. His main focus is plant engineering and environmental compliances, while working closely with all of the other departments within the company.
Belinda Riggs
Operations/Purchasing ManagerBelinda began her career with Blue Line Corporation in April 2001. She has 25 years of experience as Operations Manager in Chemical Manufacturing Industry; over 15 of those in a Rare Earth Processing Plant, Training of various ISO-9000 Quality Standards, and Internal Auditing. Belinda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arizona, Global Campus in 2022. As the Operations Manager at Blue Line, Mrs. Riggs manages purchasing which includes monitoring vendor performance as well as managing and receiving inventory into computer system. She also maintains all office equipment and acts as liaison for outsourced IT management.
